What a GST bill must show: your name, address and GSTIN; a bill number that's unique for the financial year; the date; each item with its value; the CGST and SGST rate and amount; and the total. On the composition scheme, it's a "Bill of supply" with the line "composition taxable person, not eligible to collect tax". Read the GST guide.
