Do I need internet to bill?

No. Billing, KOT, stock and reports work without internet. Internet is needed for WhatsApp bills, table-QR ordering on mobile data and automatic updates.

Which computer and printer do I need?

Any Windows 10 or 11 computer, or a Mac. Rasoi works with the thermal bill printers cafés already use, 58 mm or 80 mm, and a separate KOT printer if you have one. The kitchen screen runs on any tablet or phone. Don't have a printer? Add one from us, one-time: 58 mm for ₹2,999 or 80 mm for ₹5,999, delivered and tested with Rasoi.

How do I pay for a plan?

Inside Rasoi, open Settings → Subscription, choose your plan and pay. Rasoi switches to the new plan by itself within a minute. No product key to type.

What is a founding café?

The first 100 cafés on Rasoi keep the price they joined at for life. Every renewal stays at that price, even if our prices go up later. Cafés already using Rasoi are founding cafés too.

How does the referral work?

Your café code is in Rasoi under Settings → Subscription. Share it with another café. When they take their first yearly plan and enter your code at checkout, both of you get 2 months free.

Is my data safe?

Your bills stay on your own computer, and Rasoi makes an automatic backup every day. You can export all your data at any time. Your data is yours.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. UPI payments go straight to your own UPI ID or bank account. You only pay the plan price.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade any time and pay only the difference for the rest of your plan. Everything you've entered stays.

Will Rasoi keep getting better?

Yes. New features arrive as free updates that install by themselves, with no reinstalling and no lost data.
